$3,000 Flat Fee
Why pay $5,000, $10,000, or $15,000 for inferior representation? We charge a flat fee of only $3,000 for every DUI case, providing top-level DUI representation to all our clients.
That means even if your case begins in municipal court, and the prosecutor will not reduce or dismiss the DUI there, the fee still remains only $3,000 when we send the case to a higher court to continue the fight. Always only $3,000.
